Patrick is a seasoned aviation executive with more than three decades of international experience in aviation, specializing in optimizing profitability and client satisfaction through innovative business engineering.  Holding degrees in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA, he applies first-principles thinking to the development of effective commercial strategies, streamlined operations, and innovative win-win solutions.  He most recently led and overhauled a 20-year family-run aircraft operator, MRO, and FBO company near Toronto as its President and Transport Canada Accountable Executive. 

As co-founder of Aviashares, Patrick developed the company's new and unique Private Sharing program, and brings deep expertise in aircraft management allowing him to provide clients with objective, experience-based guidance when evaluating a full range of aviation solutions – ensuring they select what best aligns with their specific needs, operational requirements, and long-term value. 

Fernand is a commercial development leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in strategic sales and business development across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia.  He founded his own aircraft sharing company in 2002, contributed 18 years to the successful launch and growth of AirSprint (now the 5th largest fractional aircraft provider in North America) and other key aviation projects.
